Hitch hiking to a beautiful wilderness in Colorado all alone, backpacking there travelling at least 30 miles by foot, climbing a 14,265 ft peak and y climbing down the scree on the other side to soak naked in conundrum hot springs.

hike, lift weights, do a little yoga and eat a very balanced diet with all essential nutrients, fresh fruits and vegetables.
