Hi! I’m an independent, hard working, fun loving, focused and sensitive single guy. I’m looking for friendship, adventure, harmony and a possible long-term relationship with a mature, intelligent, compassionate, and compatible lady. Although an engineer by trade, I started pursuing my dream of self-employment several years ago, and pour a lot of energy into my businesses: professional photography and manufacturing photo-booths. In my limited free time, I sometimes indulge in hiking, kayaking, movie going, gardening and landscaping, badminton, dining, contra dancing, playing a little guitar, and web surfing alternative energy ideas. I have a mixed cultural/racial background, my parents being Asian and Caucasian, and strongly believe in racial and international harmony. My mom is Korean, so I have a soft spot in myh heart for Asian women. I think of myself as, creative, intuitive, more introverted than extraverted, impulsive, artistic, politically leaning left, informed and informal, and spiritual but not religious. What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
I am seeking a tolerant, flexible, creative and helpful friend. I have no magic formula for her personality. I like surprises. I believe that the best harmony exists between people who share not only compatibilities and similar interests, but also who have opposite and sometimes conflicting views and interests, and are interested in growth through a evolving and changing relationship. However, preferably, the person would be around my age (30-40), live within a commute, have a good education either in an institution or in the school of experience. What sort of relationship would you like at this point in your life.
Ultimately I'm seeking a long term secure relationship, that could possibly blossom one day into marriage. In the short run, I'm just looking for a good friend and companion. I've sacrificed many years trying to build up my business sometimes at the expense of my social and romantic endeavors. At this stage of my life a permanent partner seems the best long term goal, but I realize that cultivating love comes one day at a time regardless of the relationship.

What made you choose Vegetarianism as a way of life? What impact has it had on your life?
I was raised vegetarian. I'm sometimes so busy, I slip off of my diet. In addition to all of the standard reasons, I think it helps quiet the mind and also helps keep one with clearer focus.

What is your favorite Vegetarian food?
My mom, who is Asian, makes a delicious homemade spicy ginger sauce.

Do you follow any other healthy lifestyles (yoga, etc.)?
I've promised myself to get in better shape in 2012. Just got some jogging shoes and have been running some, joined a hiking group and have played a little badminton.
