Tell about yourself - your personality, lifestyle, etc.
Hey hey. I'm Taylor! I hate these "about you" things. How can I simply just sum myself up? I suppose I'll have to try...I'm really energetic and friendly. I'm optimistic and creative. I'm 19, soon to be 20 years old. I'm studying in college to become an art teacher. I want to teach in a high school or elementary school. I love to paint and dance (although I'm not so good at the latter). I have been known to be a complete spazz at times, but hey, it makes me more lovable! I also like to juggle and write and spend time with my friends (which usually included activities such as watching musicals or Doctor Who, playing games on the quad, or catching a quick meal together). I like to think of myself as free-spirited. That's not to say that I'm a complete wild child, I'm actually quite responsible and in the honors program in college. I don't really enjoy partying, either.

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
I love fun people. I don't want to feel a guy rolling his eyes at me behind my back when I'm being a goof again. Family-oriented folk are also pleasant. Family is a big part of my life. I don't really care what a guy looks like, as long as he's fun, compassionate, and easy to get along with. A little creativity never hurt anyone, either.

What sort of relationship would you like at this point in your life.
I don't really know right now.

What made you choose Vegetarianism as a way of life? What impact has it had on your life?
I've always been a non-red meat eater. I've never had a hamburger in my life..they just look so gross. I started researching the meat industry and it just disgusted me. How can something so popular be so unethical? I cut out all meat altogether.

What is your favorite Vegetarian food?
Veggie lasagna is pretty damn good. I also like cheddar broccoli soup and a good salad.

Name some of your all-time favorite music / movies / TV / books.
Music...oh so much! Dela (I Think I Know Why the Dog Howls at the Moon) is my favorite song! I love The Beatles, The Proclaimers, Journey, Elton John, various musicals, etc.

TV...Doctor Who..without a doubt the best show on television.

I can't decide on movies or books yet...I do enjoy a good Shakespeare play..

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
I'm an art education student. That, I love. I also work at Subway...I don't really enjoy that one...

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Painting :)

What do you hate doing?
Folding laundry..

Do you have pets? Tell about them.
I had a dog throughout my entire childhood, but she recently passed away. I do, however, have a fish named Roger. I've had him about a year and a half.

What would you say is your best virtue?
Patience. Haha just kidding, I'm so impatient...I'd say optimism.

What was the most daring / wild thing you have ever done?
hmm..not sure I should admit that

What terrifies you?
Ants. I hate them more than spiders..

If you were on a deserted island, and you could choose 3 items to take, what would they be?
I never know how to answer this..I feel like material objects wouldn't matter to me while I'm on a deserted island..

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
I'm more active than I look. I go to the rec center a few times a week. I like to run on the elliptical and sometimes I'll do yoga or zumba.

While looking at a person’s profile, following the picture, what are the first things you look for?
First, age. I don't want to be creeping on, or be creeped on, someone way too old for me. Then I just look to see if they have good charisma and seem interesting.

What else should we know about you?
I like words.
I get really excited over nothing quite often.
I'm awkward, but it's adorable, or so I'm told.
