i believe it's important for the animals, my health and the earth

i try to do yoga and meditate, and will detox on occasion

music: weezer, imogen heap, ben folds, 30 seconds to mars, a perfect circle, classical, new age and some metal and much much more! tv: i don't watch tv regularly, but have netflix and love weeds, rome, big bang theory, dexter and tru blood.

i work at a rehab clinic and barnes and noble and plan on starting my master's next year in counseling

i love to read, hang around outdoors doing something when it's not freakin' hot, am currently training for a half marathon tho i still don't really like running, hanging out with friends, alot of the usual stuff :)
