What made you choose Vegetarianism as a way of life? What impact has it had on your life?
Although my social and political views are far left, philosophically I couldn't be more individualist. In a meat-eating society, animals are not treated as individual beings, but as components of a system... this insight led me to a philosophy of animal liberation.

After 10+ years, veganism has become a political stance, one that informs every aspect of how I view the world.

What is your favorite Vegetarian food?
Collard greens.

Walking and a little tae kwon do.
