I am a very loyal and honest person who considers being in a relationship as the most important aspect of my life. My greatest asset is my integrity. I am recently divorced and miss having someone to fight over the remote control, and share my life with. I love conversation and debate about any subject and prefer people who are open minded enough to at least entertain different ideas without having to accept them. my hobbies include taking my dog for daily walks (he is a Beauceron breed of dog) and love anything to do with being out in the countryside. I also equally enjoy evenings in with my partner and/or friends with a bottle of wine watching a good movie (no blockbusters), then perhaps discussing the movie or some other topics and having a good old laugh about nothing in particular. I also like listening to all types of 'quality' music from Coldplay to Massive Attack to Pink Floyd to Miles Davies and Beethoven. I have recently returned from living in Spain for 5 years and am a bit out of touch with any social scenes - just finding a friend or two would make going on VeggieFishing worthwhile - you never know i might even find the soul-mate I have always been looking

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?

I'm looking for someone who values having a partner to share their lives with. Someone who can think outside of the box and is down to earth. She ideally should be very sensitive and romantic and takes the time to discuss things with her partner whilst also listening to his point of view. A person who loves animals especially dogs. A GSOH would also be ideal if not essential. Someone who appreciates any aspect of the Arts would be lovely, or even a bit 'off the wall' would be nice.

What sort of relationship would you like at this point in your life.

Ideally I would like a long-term relationship but would consider friendships with like minded women. Prefer someone who is content with just being part of a loving relationship. Someone who has been there and done whatever they needed to do/achieve and got it out of their system.

What made you choose Vegetarianism as a way of life? What impact has it had on your life?

I am 100% Vegan because of the general cruelty to, and slaughter of animals. There is simply no excuse these days because of the advanced agricultural methods now used to provide an abundance of food.

Do you follow any other healthy lifestyles (yoga, etc.)?

Music - everything by Massive Attack also Coldplay, Pink Floyd, John Coltrane, Henryk Gorecki, Beethoven etc. Books - OF Mice & Men, The Metamorphosis, Memoirs Of A Geisha. Films - One Flew Over The Cuckoo's Nest, The Matrix, Who's Afraid Of Virginia Woolf, Crash, Fight Club and hundreds more..

I have a Beauceron (French Sheep Dog) rescued dog that I brought back from Spain with me - He is approx 7/8 years old and is one of the most placid dogs you could ever hope to meet.

My best Virtue is my Integrity. I never compromise this.
