I became a vegetarian when I was 12. I love animals and don't think it's necessary to eat meat to be healthy. I have recently given up dairy.

Yes, yoga, meditation, spiritual retreats, reading, I'm open to anything that is good for me.

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
I do yoga about 3 times a week. I enjoy taking my dog on long walks.
