Traits:
Honest, Determined, Independent, Optimistic, Self-controlled

Tell about yourself - your personality, lifestyle, etc.
I am calm, caring, and respectful. A strong work ethic is my best trait, although I balance it with a love of recreation and relaxation. I live below my means, but my lifestyle is still comfortable.

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
I'm looking for a woman who is happy, beautiful, intelligent, and hardworking.

What sort of relationship would you like at this point in your life.
Just dating.

What made you choose Vegetarianism as a way of life? What impact has it had on your life?
Faces of Death II, that movie freaked me out and left me wondering whether or not it was necessary to kill to survive.
The most significant impact may have been automatically removing most unhealthy food choices from my diet.

What is your favorite Vegetarian food?
Uncle Eddie's Peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

Would you like to share a great (easy) Vegetarian recipe?
Potato soup - Boil about eight cups of water, throw in at least two, probably about five medium sized potatoes, chopped into 1/2 inch cubes or so. Add carrots, onions, and celery to taste. After fifteen minutes turn the heat down to about medium low. Now you can add two tablespoons of olive oil, and a ton of spices. Let simmer for at least ten more minutes - you can leave it on low forever if you keep water in there.
This soup works well as a base, rice or noodles cooked on the side and added after the boiling is done are a good idea, split peas thrown in at the beginning are really good.

Do you follow any other healthy lifestyles (yoga, etc.)?
Tai Chi Chuan, is great.

Name some of your all-time favorite music / movies / TV / books.
Jimmy Hendrix's Band of Gypsys, Herbie Hancock's Head Hunters, anything by Jose Feliciano.
The Dune series by Frank Herbert, The Wheel of Time series by Robert Jordan, Jonathan Livingston Seagull by Richard Bach

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
I roof houses, and I love it.

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
Reading, playing musical instruments, playing video games, practicing martial arts, and camping.

Do you have pets? Tell about them.
I don't have any pets, although I do love animals.

What would you say is your best virtue?
Probably my pacifistic nature - at the least you can expect me to not be attacking people in the streets.

What was the most daring / wild thing you have ever done?
I climbed a ladder 150 ft up the side of an abandoned building once. That was before I became a roofer, and even now anything past forty or fifty feet still isn't a joke.

If you were on a deserted island, and you could choose 3 items to take, what would they be?
A water filter, a hatchet, and a magnesium fire starter.

Your ultimate intimate dinner party would include which 3 guests (dead or alive)?
Albert Einstein, Gandhi, and Nicolai Tesla.

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
I am skinny but toned. I work very hard, and practice martial arts.
