First off in case you were wondering, SivVulk is Bulgarian for "grey wolf" which is one of my favourite animals as well as a mythological character similar to a "genie" in some respects..

Anyway... I'm a graduate in Policing and Criminal Justice and Sociology and am back at home in Toronto. Having a career in law enforcement is my number one ambition.

Although I've lived most of my life in Italy i consider myself a full fledged
Canadian at heart.. I'm kind of shy and repressed and a very random and off beat sort of person...

I like to play soccer, tennis and badminton..as well as swim and bike. I work as a security guard, but my main focus at the moment is to increase my number of volunteer hours, I was juggling three but now that's dropped to two.

My other interests include history, coaching, mythology and animals (in particular animal rights). And speaking of animals, although I have always been a cat person, I have made the transition to pet mice... (You have been warned).

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?

Simply put i'm looking for someone honest, trustworthy and that i share some commonalities with...

Being strong willed, ambitious and possessing a love for sports and staying in shape.. are big turn ons for me.

I am more at peace with myself both ethically and in terms of my physical health.

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?

I work as a security guard on weekends and do volunteer work during the week, mostly with the World Society For the Protection of Animals.

I am also in the midst of applying to police services.

What do you enjoy doing for fun?

Apart from playing sports and staying active I post on a message board aptly called "discussanything.com"... it is a place where i can go for intellectual, controversial or silly conversations... depending on what mood i'm in.

Tell about where you grew up or where you are from.

I was born in northern Italy but I have always associated more with my maternal full fledged Canadian side.. I went to an international school so English has always been my first language, and I used to come to Canada virtually every summer..

Do you have pets? Tell about them.

I grew up with cats, my last one died just over a year ago.. I had adopted her in 1992 and when we moved to Canada in 1999 I couldn't leave her abandoned a second time.. .so we took her with us.

Since her death I've been keeping mice, two males named Nabokov and Khabibulin and a female named Hyzenthflay.

What would you say is your best virtue?

I am very generous and patient with people...although sometimes to a fault.

Your ultimate intimate dinner party would include which 3 guests (dead or alive)?

Karl Marx, Cleopatra and Tommie Douglas... Shakespeare and Dickens are honourable mentions.

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?

I play soccer in a league, go to the gym three times a week, bike regularly and eat healthy.
