Tell about yourself - your personality, lifestyle, etc.
I'm quiet with strangers, but once I get to know someone, I feel I can open up more. Words I have heard when describing me are honest and genuine. I'm very loyal once someone has my trust. I don't want children, but am family oriented with the family I have. Mom, cousins, etc.

What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
Someone kind with a sense of humor who can take care of themselves. I figure, if one can't take care of themselves, how can you take care of someone else? Must love animals!

What sort of relationship would you like at this point in your life.
Friends first, then we can always take it from there. I would like a meaningful, long term relationship.

What made you choose Vegetarianism as a way of life? What impact has it had on your life?
I read an excerpt from Upton Sinclair's book "Through The Jungle" about the meat packing industry in the '30's. Not only did those poor animals suffer, the diseases they had were sure to effect the public. I am against killing animals for food, anyway.

What is your favorite Vegetarian food?
I like my veggie options with pizza, Chinese, just to name some. I also like to try vegetarian food from different cultures, such as Indian, etc. As long as it's vegetarian or vegan, I'm happy!

Would you like to share a great (easy) Vegetarian recipe?
Maybe I'll share my recipe for pasta salad sometime.

Do you follow any other healthy lifestyles (yoga, etc.)?
I do like to do yoga, and masala bhangra (I don't think I spelled that right!) which is Indian folk dance, as workouts.

Name some of your all-time favorite music / movies / TV / books.
Music: Heavy metal, rock, alternative,some electronic. Muse are my favorite band, and Simon Lord is my favorite singer, OMG!
Movies: Scifi, horror, comedies.
TV: Being Human (both UK and US versions),Torchwood, Law and Order UK, Ghost Adventures. Also love Top Gear! (UK and US versions).
Books: I don't read that many books--the last one I bought was Dorian Gray. I tend to read a lot of magazines, entertainment in particular.

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
I'm a hairstylist by trade. I enjoy it, but I'd eventually like to work with animals.

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
I love listening to music, reading, dancing around the house, singing, watching tv, playing the drums(if I had a drumset!), because I can play! I also love going to the movies, out to eat, and to concerts when I can. I also love relaxing with my pets!

What do you hate doing?
I hate getting up early, and housework, but it's a necessary evil!

Tell about where you grew up or where you are from.
I am a San Diego native.

Do you have pets? Tell about them.
I have a bird and a dog. They're seniors, so they're starting to require a little more care. The bird is well-behaved, but the dog is anti-social. Technically, he's my Mom's dog, but I take care of him. He acts like he's mine. He's a beautiful Pomerainian, and the bird is a Cocatiel.

What would you say is your best virtue?
I'm very honest.

What was the most daring / wild thing you have ever done?
I'm pretty sensible, so I can't think of any at the moment....

What terrifies you?
Scared of heights and needles.

Books, blanket and a pillow. The basics.

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
I'm still a little overweight, but, I'm working on getting healthy. I do try to work out everyday for an hour and a half, but sometimes life gets in the way. I like to do different things, so I don't get bored, and can stick with the program. I do walking, yoga, kickboxing, dancing in different forms, weights, and cardio. I also try to eat as vegan as I can.

While looking at a person’s profile, following the picture, what are the first things you look for?
Wether the person smokes, and how often they drink, then wether they're divorced, and if they have kids.

What else should we know about you?
I think I've told just about everything I can think of right now....
