i've always been artistic--music, drawing, painting, poetry and fiction, film.
i believe yoga is the ultimate technology. i discovered my personal spirituality in my early twenties, and ever since have been consciously trying to grow, evolve and create larger and larger sacred space and practice in my life. My progress has been back and forth at times, but moslty forth, i think.
i'm good at : watching, listening, wondering, dreaming, being mindful, making art, making food,creating a sacred space, attracting strange and interesting things, events and people.

i believe that Food is one of the most important aspects of life and one of the most distorted in our culture. i eat 100% raw-vegan(or "beegan," i.e., i use bee products). "let your food be your medicine."
