Tell about yourself - your personality, lifestyle, etc.
I became a raw vegan about a year ago. I am also heavily into juicing, making about half a gallon of fresh vegetable juice every day, alla Norman Walker if you are familiar with him. I lost a lot of weight, feel much better and I think I look better. Most of my health related problems are gone now, including depression, energy issues, headaches, etc. I also gave up all caffeine, sodas and most breads and sugars. It has been worth it. I am very surprised that I have stuck with it for the most part, seeing that I lived on fast food from ages 18 to 33. I attended USC on a music scholarship. I currently am working in music and also running a business. These days I'm working a lot, teaching, learning Yoga, hanging out at Whole Foods in Pasadena and enjoying life. I ended a 3 year relationship about 6 months ago and am ready to start meeting some new friends and hopefully date someone seriously in the near future. People describe me as highly intelligent, shy, emotional, sensitive, passionate, intuitive, and stubborn (hopefully the good kind of stubborn). I am always learning and trying to grow. What kind of person are you interested in meeting?
This answer is always changing as I grow and change. I would like to meet someone who is very different than me in terms of personality. If your into personality types I'm more the melancholy type and am usually attracted to a combination of Sanguine/Choleric.

I believe in friendship before love. I try to build serious relationships slowly. I want to meet other women with similar values and see where that goes. I usually take my time when building relationships.

This is always changing. Right now I'm reading many health related books by authors such as T Colin Campbell, Norman Walker, Harvey Diamond, Steve Meyervitz, Michael Pollan to name a few. I am a huge sports fan, especially the Lakers and USC football. I tape all the games. I'd usually rather watch a movie at home or wait to rent it instead of going to the Movies. If it's a great movie and a great girl, I won't hesitate though to go to the theater.

What type of work do you do? Do you enjoy it?
I'm a professional violinist and own a music school. I enjoy the music aspect tremedously, but not the business side of things.

What do you enjoy doing for fun?
All Sports, Concerts, Reading, Biking, Lakers...I enjoy making all my own salads fresh every day.

What do you hate doing?
Heavy bathroom and kitchen cleaning. Returning unimportant phone calls. Driving in Los Angeles in heavy traffic.

I was born in Canada, grew up in Phoenix, AZ and have lived in Los Angeles since 1993.

No pets. I actually like smaller dogs as pets if they have an even temperament.

Started a business with my entire life savings.

How is your physical shape? What do you do to keep in shape?
I'm in great shape. Probably the best of my life due to my diet. I'm 95% raw vegan and yes I do get plently of protein.
